Professional, thorough & caring about my property, as though it was his own. No rushing to get the job done, which makes a change these days. Just took his time to make sure all the algae had disappeared, with cleaning & a biocide treatment. He knew exactly what to do, having got all the correct equipment & experience. He came at the time & date he said he would too. Im delighted with the results. No more pink bungalow walls & streaky black lines down my roof. Tanya and Bob were very polite, clear and professional with all of their communications. Ours was a large job to clean Weber render. Bob always arrived promptly as stated and his work was very tidy. We experienced some ‘difficult to clean’ areas and very poor/ wet weather and so we were particularly impressed that after waiting several weeks to see the full effect of the cleaning, when the finish was not to Bob’s satisfaction, arrangements were made for Bob to revisit and re clean those areas again. The final result and focus on customer service and satisfaction is of a very high standard. Thank you both. She arranged for Bob to come along to provide a quote for the work, after which he spent almost a whole day with us working hard, carefully and efficiently, transforming our patio to its former glory. The response was quick, followed by a visit to see the precise nature of the work: to thoroughly clean basic patio slabs and a concrete drive, which had not been treated properly for four or five years. Bob explained the technology clearly and the effect is as expected. He took great care with his work, leaving virtually no tidying up for us to do afterwards. They gave accurate and concise advice and did the job on schedule. The results were well beyond my expectations. The patio areas are as good as new and have really improved the look of the property. Nia Hall7 June 2023Bob works exceedingly hard and does an excellent job. He is a pleasure to have working at your home as he is diligent, polite and takes a pride in his workmanship. He makes sure that everything is moved before the work is done and replaces things afterwards. The end product is transformative. He has cleaned the render on our house which was streaked with pink bloom and now it has a really “smiling” again. Also the patio, stained by the grandchildren’s creative painting as well as the weather looks like new again. Bob is a quality workman whom we would highly recommend.
